Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at ​ agates-of-morocco.
The agates are described in the shop very accurately, in size, weigth and colour. So you may imagine how it fits your expectation.
We packed our goods as careful as possible. Further we are using a carrier with reliable reputation. However, If the items are not in a perfect condition, you may resend them.

Returns

First check, whether packing is complete and in good condition. You may complain about damaged packages to your forwarder.
If you think the fault is on our side, you have ​ 30 calendar days informing us and returning the item from the date you received it.
Procedure is as follows:

• Inform us about the issue, sending to returns@agates-of-morocco.com
• Include fotos
• Wait for response

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your account issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If fault is on our side, we will add your shipping costs to the refund. In this case you have to choose standard shipping costs (no express).
